Project Overview
Construction work to transform the former home of Scarborough’s Stephen Joseph Theatre into 50 new apartments has begun.
As of November, we will be providing 50 apartments in Scarborough with our Kers MEV hot water. This is the site of the beautiful Grade II listed former Stephen Joseph Theatre.
The Brief
Kers MEV will take care of hot water and ventilation requirements throughout the property with one product ticking two boxes; hot water and ventilation. With over 66% savings in every costs, the end user can expect huge energy savings running at an average 400 watts. Huge savings against the original design.
