Building experts knowledge by specialising in low carbon, low temperature heating systems.
In house Training and R&D is also provided with an emphasis on quality of product and installation. Each product can only be installed by engineers that have completed our installation training course.

Commissioning
After installation, the system is checked and tested. This means making sure plumbing and electrical c onnections are sound, that control systems work, that water/waste/vapour circuits are sealed, and balancing flows if necessary.

Kers Product Warranty

Kers products can only be installed by contractors and installers who have completed and obtained the training certificate at our inhouse training centre.

Basic Warranty
12 months

For the first 12 months from date of purchase. The KERS product comes with 12 months parts and labour warranty (excluding an air filter change)

Extended Warranty
Additional 4 year cover

Customers can purchase an extended warranty and subject to a monthly payment of (£28.80 inc VAT) payable by direct debit.

The first payment will not be due until the 13th month from installation/ registration date.

Note The extended warranty MUST be activated within the first 12 months to avoid any further set up costs

WARRANTY - WHATS INCLUDED

KERS will cover all costs relating to all parts and labour arising from the activities listed below:
  • Your extended warranty provides protection against mechanical or electrical breakdown of the appliance
  • Annual heat pump service
  • Annual air filter change
  • Parts: any parts required to repair your appliance will be covered if they have failed leading to the mechanical/electrical breakdown of the product
  • Labour: visits by an engineer to your home to repair your appliance
    The extended warranty is subject to the full terms and conditions

What is NOT protected?

  • Callout charges where a fault cannot be found with the product. Failure to comply with the manufacturer’s instructions for the care of the product
  • A product installed in a commercial environment or where the level of use is deemed beyond normal domestic use
  • Costs not authorised by the administrator or its appointed engineers
  • Faults relating to the installation of the product
  • Deliberate damage or neglect of the product
  • Rectifying maladjustment or incorrect configuration or setting of controls
  • Damage caused by foreign objects or substances
  • Any work which relates to a manufacturer recall
  • Repairs to damage of a cosmetic nature caused by but not limited to denting, scratching, chipping, staining, and rust or corrosion
  • Faults arising as a result of normal wear and tear (e.g. belts, fuses, seals)
